Since August 2022, we began operating the reception service at the main offices of a multinational company in the food and beverage sector, located in the city of Bogotá.
This service has focused on providing comprehensive care, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and special guests, and ensuring an experience aligned with the organization's corporate standards.
Worth highlighting is the commitment of the team, who, through warmth in their interactions and attention from the very first encounter, have efficiently managed the various requirements of both visitors and internal staff, comprising more than 300 employees.
This process has consolidated a service based on trust, excellence and customer orientation, adding value to administrative operations and the institutional image.
