Integrated Management for Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance

Bogotá

Since 2024, we began managing an institutional building in the public sector, taking on a project focused on the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the various equipment and systems of the property. In a complementary manner, we have provided client support and representation services aimed at optimizing coordination between both parties and ensuring comprehensive compliance across the different contractual fronts, even exceeding the scopes initially established. Thanks to this approach, we have been able to effectively address the client's needs and requirements, contributing to the successful fulfillment of their operational and administrative objectives to date.

Infrastructure Projects Execution with Operational Continuity

Bogotá

Since 2018, we took over the management of a corporate complex with a long track record — more than 40 years of operation serving various organizations. For over seven years, we have led the development and execution of strategic projects aimed at the comprehensive modernization and upgrade of the infrastructure, facing the challenge of intervening in the building without affecting the operational continuity of the companies that conduct their activities there. Throughout this process, high-impact projects have been executed, including: the façade upgrade, the procurement and implementation of the fire protection network system for both buildings, the modernization of the electrical system (including busways, transfer switches and panels), as well as the upgrade of the access control and security system, with the migration of 177 analog cameras to IP technology. Additionally, waterproofing works were carried out on more than 2,000 m² of rooftops, and the modernization of the vertical transportation systems is currently underway, including the upgrade of eight elevators in the two buildings that make up the complex. This set of actions has strengthened the infrastructure, improved security and ensured the operational continuity of the property.

Corporate Hospitality and Visitor Management Model

Bogotá

Since August 2022, we began operating the reception service at the main offices of a multinational company in the food and beverage sector, located in the city of Bogotá. This service has focused on providing comprehensive care, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and special guests, and ensuring an experience aligned with the organization's corporate standards. Worth highlighting is the commitment of the team, who, through warmth in their interactions and attention from the very first encounter, have efficiently managed the various requirements of both visitors and internal staff, comprising more than 300 employees. This process has consolidated a service based on trust, excellence and customer orientation, adding value to administrative operations and the institutional image.

Large-Scale Office Fit-Out and Modernization

Bogotá

In 2025, we were awarded the contract for the remodeling of three office floors. The scope included glass office renovations, super board wall installations, electrical system upgrades for more than 300 workstations, construction and equipping of meeting rooms, creation of over 180 new workstations with electrical and data systems, and replacement of ceilings and lighting across more than 2,000 m² of office space.

Landscape Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance

Soacha

For more than a year, we have led the management and maintenance of green areas at an industrial plant in the logistics and agro-industrial sector, located in the department of Cundinamarca. The service covers the intervention of more than 1,600 m² of gardens, through specialized activities focused on the conservation, recovery and sustainability of vegetative spaces. Throughout the operation, we have faced several challenges related to climate variability, soil conditions and the diversity of species (trees and ground coverings), which have been managed through technical practices that ensure the stability, adaptation and proper development of the green areas. This process has made it possible to maintain orderly, functional and environmentally sustainable environments, aligned with the operational needs of the industrial setting.
