Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities and special projects across different sites, ensuring proper operation of facilities, compliance with established schedules, and optimization of resources, aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements
Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector, performing functions related to predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as management of special projects in common areas of properties.
